• Contact form: name, email, subject and message. Processed by Formspree.
• Blog engagement: daily unique views, reactions (like/dislike), and share intents, associated with the article and an anonymous identifier.
• Newsletter: only your email address. Processed by Resend.

3. Purpose

Contact form data is used solely to reply to your inquiry. Newsletter email is used to send you blog updates (El Radar). Aggregate blog metrics are used to understand content reach and usefulness. This data is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It uses a first-party HttpOnly cookie with a random opaque identifier to remember your reaction and deduplicate views and share intents. The identifier is retained for up to one year, contains no direct personal data, and is transformed with a hash before persistence. Your IP address, email, and browser are not stored as engagement identity. Aggregate events are retained while this feature remains active or until they are no longer needed.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting me directly. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, reply to any email with the subject 'unsubscribe' or contact me.
